Shore Pines

Shore Pines at Munsel Creek resides in the bustling coastal town of Florence Oregon, about an hour west of Eugene. This new development features 68 apartments homes for families & seniors with 31 units receiving project-based rental subsidy through the Homes For Good-Lane County’s Public Housing Authority.

The East Building features 34 three-bedroom units, property management and resident services offices, community room, and laundry rooms. The West Building has 33 one-bedroom apartments and one manager’s unit; as well as a common space and laundry rooms. The property also has plentiful on-site parking, outdoor play areas, dog walking areas, nature trails, and pathways to connect to the broader neighborhood.

The buildings have been constructed with key sustainability and energy efficiency measures including conditioned fresh air systems, energy star appliances, LED light fixtures, durable siding/rain screen, all hard surface flooring, and native coastal landscaping. NHA has also been privileged to partner with several local and regional service providers to help ensure tenant stability and successful outcomes. These partners include SOS, Local DHS Offices, Florence Food Share, and others.
