Northwest Housing Alternatives is thrilled to welcome Joshua Carrillo to the Housing Development team.
Before joining NHA, Josh Carrillo was the development program coordinator for the City of Beaverton, where he served as the property manager for 14 publicly-owned properties and the development liaison for 20 city-funded storefront and tenant improvement projects. Prior to that, Josh worked in affordable housing in Southern California, brokering over $35 million in real estate transactions and serving as the project manager for 58 rehabilitation projects. He holds a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in real estate development from Portland State University as well as a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning with a focus in affordable housing from the University of California, Irvine.
The addition of Josh to NHA’s housing development team has greatly expanded our capacity for new projects and enables NHA to move forward on our robust development pipeline.
Please join us in welcoming Josh to the team!
