As a way to better support NHA’s work, we are launching two new levels of giving along with a host of benefits associated with each level. We are excited to offer a new way to get connect to the organization, learn more about the impact of your gift, and provide additional support for the programs and services we offer to Oregonians in need.
Becoming a monthly donor is an impactful way to support the work we do. It provides ongoing support, which allows NHA to reach even more Oregonians in need of housing. These donations go toward:
- Guiding families in Clackamas County as they move from homelessness to permanent housing
- Housing stability supports for 3,423 low-income seniors, families, and working households living in NHA’s affordable housing including access to healthcare, education supports, food access, financial education, and more
- Preparing households in NHA’s housing for climate-related disasters and emergencies
- Developing new affordable housing in the Portland Metro area as well as in rural communities throughout Oregon struggling with a severe lack of affordable housing
The two levels of giving that receive benefits are the Impact Circle and Housing Stability Partners:
Level: Impact Circle ($2,500 + per year / $209 per month)
Benefits:
- Personal annual meeting with Trell Anderson, our Executive Director
- Invitations to NHA Grand Openings & Groundbreakings
- Complimentary tickets to Home Sweet Home
- Discounted tickets to the Lake Oswego Lake Run
- Thanked in our annual newsletter
- + All Housing Stability Partner benefits
Level: Housing Stability Partners ($1,000 – $2,499 per year / $84-208 per month)
Benefits:
- Invitations to Donor Appreciation Events with NHA team
- Invitations to tour new properties
- Quarterly updates on what we’re working on at NHA
- Discounted tickets to Home Sweet Home
- Discounted tickets to the Lake Oswego Lake Run
- Thanked in annual NHA Impact Report
