Hawthorne East 70 preservation units Northwest Housing Alternatives (NHA) recently acquired Hawthorne East, a place to call home for 74 seniors with access to convenient public transit, fresh and healthy food, and a vibrant inner southeast community. The prexervation of Hawthorne East will ensure that seniors can remain in this community for decades to come. Hollyfield Village Apartments 30 preservation units Northwest Housing Alternatives is working to preserve Hollyfield Village Apartments in Lake Oswego. Hollyfield Village will provide 30 units of affordable housing with project based-Section 8 for seniors who earn low incomes. Located a block from Boones Ferry Road, residents of Hollyfield Village will have easy access to markets, restaurants, and public transportation.

Alma Gardens

45 new units
Alma Gardens will provide 45 new units of affordable housing for seniors who earn low incomes in Hillsboro, Oregon. The beautiful building will be specifically designed for seniors and built in a setting that includes ample sitting areas, gardens and open spaces. Alma Gardens will be located in the Orenco Station neighborhood and will provide easy access to the MAX light rail, markets, and parks.
